Abu Dhabi is spending $60B to replace oil.

This is where some of the money is going...

The Stargate UAE campus in Abu Dhabi is a massive 5-gigawatt AI compute facility spanning over 19 km2.

That's larger than Monaco.

The project is backed by:

- OpenAI
- NVIDIA
- Oracle
- SoftBank Group International
- Cisco

It's expected to cost $30B.

But this isn't built for UAE domestic demand.

Abu Dhabi is positioning itself as the Switzerland of AI infrastructure for countries that don’t want their data in US or Chinese hands.

Every dirham being deployed into AI is a hedge against the moment when oil revenues stop.

At 5GW, this will be the largest AI facility ever built
